ANSWER: Keep your phone nearby so we're not playing "phone tag," but try to get some sleep. We usually respond to all new contacts within two business days, either by telephone or email. If you have an emergency, you should call us at (863) 537-3777.

Some cases we will take on commission and some cases we won't. After consulting with you and taking a few days to do some research and consider the details of your case, we will tell you if we can take it on a commission basis or not. Don't be discouraged, even if we do not offer you that option, we may still be willing to take your case and in that event, we will offer you other payment options. Also, just because we don't take your case doesn't mean you don't have a case
- it might just be that we're too busy at the time. One way or the other, we will tell you if we think you have a case or not.
